CurvieBirdie Watch: Jenniefer Hudson

It was announced today that Jennifer Hudson will be the cover girl of Yahoo Style online magazine!  That is tremendous and I am so glad for her. She has been a non-stop go-getter since we first meet her on American Idol.  She is beautiful, and always have been even with those extra curves!  She has been on the cover of many magazines, and it's great that she is going to to be representing on Yahoo Style!

If you notice, it wasn't until she lost the weigt that she started being accepted and put on the cover of magazines geared towards the main stream.  Regardless, she works very hard and deserves it!

VMA's: Hot Fashions or Hot Mess?

good afternoon CurvieBirdies.  I know most of you watched the VMA's last night.  While I truly enjoyed watching NSync do their thing, but so of the performances was just a hot mess!!!  Not gonna say names, but what in the world happens to Disney stars when they grow up?  is is mandatory to turn into crazy adults?  Dunno, but anyways.....

This talented diva lost over 80 lbs and has kept it off for almost 2 yrs!!!  She decided to get healthy after having her son David.  She is the spokesperson for Weight Watchers and an inspiration to all CurvieBirdies that want to loose the weight!

Christina told it best when she said to her record label that, “I am tired of being a skinny white girl!”  After years of trying to stay thin, the singer decided to do what she always wanted to do.  That is to just be happy with herself and her weight.  Hats off to this lady!!!
