Something to Chirp About: Shoe Clubs

Curvies, I want to talk to you about those online shoe clubs.  There are many different ones out there.  Most of these clubs have you take a brief survey about what kind of style you have.  This is so that they can send you a customized closet with shoe selections that fit your personality and style.

  At this point, my fav is Sole Society.  I own 3 pair from them so far.

I also have a pair of black jeweled sandals that are not pictured here.  All of Sole Society’s shoes run true to size, fit well, and are very comfortable.  Their shoes are $49.95 per pair, and they are of a very high quality.

I joined JustFab last week.  When you join them, your first pair of shoes is 1/2 off!!  Their shoes are $39.95, so you are paying less than $20 for a hot pair of shoes!!!  You can’t go wrong there.  So I decided to buy a cute pair of nude shoes because every girl should have a pair of nude shoes in their possession. 

Well, I then saw that they had a bogo sale!  So now it’s 2 pair of shoes for $39.95.  I was so excited I had to take a break and catch my breath honey!!  So ya’ll know I had to get 2 more pair right?  Yea, ya’ll know me by now.  I did it!!

 

I don’t have a pair of black strappy heels, so I got these.  Blue is a very hot color right now, so I got these too.  There are some really funky shoes on www.JustFab.com so you don’t have to play it safe as I did with these selections.

I think these shoe clubs are very good ways to keep us stylish and give us affordable shoes.  Plus, there are huge selections of shoes to choose from.  There is something for everyone.

Misheeke Make-Up Launch Party

This past weekend, your truly was invited to the cosmetics launch party.  It was Misheeke cosmetics, fashion, and fun!!!  It was a very exciting event. 

 

Here I am wearing this super cute dress from Kmart!!  It’s the LYS Line which is a very Contemporary and stylish line.  CurvieBirdies, this is the reasonably priced line that we all can find something wonderful in!  I am wearing Boa Accessories, Sole Society shoes, and a borrowed handbag.

So back to the LYS dress.  I blogged about it before, but this was the first time I was able to wear it.  So comfortable and cute.  But you will never guess the price . . .

Weekend Style

Well hello CurvieBirdies!  I hope you all had a fabulous weekend, because mine was the best!  Still tired over here.  Lots of events, hanging with friends, and shopping!!  But we will get to that later this week.  I wanted to to a weekend style post today since I haven’t done on in a while.  So here I am . . . . .

 

  

The pants are Not Your Daughters Jeans I thrifted.  These jeans can be purchased at Nordstrom’s for $129.99!  The shirt is Tommy Hilfiger I got from the Swapinista party last week.  The shoes are sole society, and jewelry is from my shoe guy.

Wow!!!  I didn’t realize the outfit was that inexpensive!!  I think your girl just came up over here.  All name brand pieces for $7.50?  Let me take a break and do my happy dance . . . . . .Ok.  I’m back!!

Spring is here!!!

Hello CurvieBirdies.  I live in Atlanta, and spring has shown up and showed out here.  We are having beautiful weather.  It feels so good out now; I’m going to hate the hot summer that is surely going to follow.  Anyway, I love color and will be very bright this season.  Check my look!!!!

I really love this tunic.  Kmart has done an excellent job with creating this line with pieces that can be worn to work and out on the town!!  I am trying to slow down on my shopping, but Kmart has so many really cute pieces and I just can’t help myself.  So are you still liking my Kmart LYS picks?
