Happy Hump day Ladies and Gents.  One of our favorite CurvieBirdies is doing big things (again!).  Adele has her own comic book!!  It is based on her life and rise to stardom.  A very interesting concept considering I have never seen a plus size gal on the cover of a comic book.  This chick is amazing!!!

Not only does this fab CurvieBirdie have her own comic book, but she is also in talks to star in a movie about the life of Dusty Springfield who was an iconic singer for Atlantic Records.

 

So be on the look out for all the amazing projects this beautiful lady has instore for us!!!

A Little Birdie Told Me: Adele Gets Them Straight

I hope everyone enjoyed their weekend.  It was a beautiful one in ATL, so I decided to get some walks I before it gets too hot.  Anyway, I wanted to talk about my beloved Adele and a statement she made.  I absolutely love this chick, and I am very tired of people judging her because of her weight. I a  tired of people judging any CurvieBirdie because of their weight.  That does not define us; its what we do in life that defines us.  This amazing and beautiful woman as accomplished so much, so it’s a shame that her weight is still a topic.  But read what her said:

I love that she does not back sown when someone has something negative to say about her weight.  The few things that I think she should add is that its not about being skinny, but about being healthy which is important to her.  Also, she does need to let those cigs go as well.

Grammy Fashions!!!!!

Hello ladies and gents!  Last night was the Grammys.  I can tell you that I was super tired from the weekend, but I had to see the stars stunt in their Grammy fashions.  Here are my fashion pics of the night!!


Miranda Lambert was the best dressed CurvieBirdie hands down.  She looked so amazing.  I never really checked for her before, but she now on my CurvieBirdie radar!!  So Fab!!!  I cant say enough!





Now this dress is so hot!!!  I love how it hugs her curves and shows off her amazing legs!!!  I would love to own this dress! And check out the pink mic.  This chick is so stylish!




Now ya'll know I loves me some Adele, but this outfit was not flattering at all.  Twitter was trending that her dress liked like someones grandmother's curtains!!  I do admit, this is not one of my faves.  I hope her stylist took some notes from Miranda Lambet's stylist.  Adele is beautiful and has an amazing curvie shape.  She should show it more.




Now Miss Kelly?  Chile, she sho nuff did that!!!  I love her new curves and I love how she is embrassing them.  This dress is sexy and elegant both at the same damn time!!! Flawless is all I can say.  You did that Kelly!!!!



Miss J. Lo. Honey, if this chick didn't stunt at the Grammys, I don't know who did.  That dress is my sper favorite of the night!  I think this dress would look great on all ladies of all shapes and sizes.  That one peek-a-boo leg . . . . . . . . .BAM!!!!  Yes, love that dress and J. Lo's strong leg!!!  Hehehehe!!

Golden Globe Fashions

Hey CurvieBirdies!!  The Golden Globes were on last night, and I must the CurvieBirdies did not disappoint!!  What do you think about the fashions?

Ms. NeNe Leaks.  I actually really like this dress, but not sure it is Golden Globe worthy.  It is very flattering to her figure in my opinion!  What do ya’ll think?

 

Now ya’ll know I loves me some Adele.  Would ya’ll just look at post baby Adele!!!  She is as flawless as ever!!!

I had to include this pic of Halle Berry.  This chick stay killing the game.  She definitely has curves in all the right places!!

 

And here is our girl Olivia Pope, I mean Kerri Washington.  This dress is cute and I love Kerri, but I think she has gotten a bit too skinny.  She is missing her curves.  I think I like the “Saving the Last Dance” size Kerri a little bit better.  Thoughts?

This full figured model is too hot for tv.  Recently, ABC felt her Lane Bryant ads were to “risky” for primetime.  Haters!!!  She has the perfect hour glass shape and has an attractive face to match.

3.  Adele

This multi-grammy winner Bombshell is AWESOME!!!  Love her!!!  She has broken all the rules in the size-obsessed music world.  No one can deny her talent or her beauty.

 

2.  Jill Scott

“Who is Jill Scott?”  I think we all know that now.  Singer, actor, mother.  There is know stopping this soulful diva.

 

 

1. Oprah

Oprah for President!!  She is a self made Billionaire!!  What can you say negative about Oprah?  Well whatever it is, it doesn’t matter.  This woman has done amazing things for many people and children.  She has launched careers, giving selflessly, and educated the children of 3rd world countries.  She is and will always be my idol.

 

 

These are all very women.  I respect each for the work that they do.  They inspire me to be a better me.  And, these are all CurvieBirdies making our world a better place.

I hope you lovely ladies had a wonderful weekend!!  It was Grammy’s weekend, and a curviebirdie showed up and showed out at the Grammys!!  Please help me give it up for Ms. Adele!!!  This curviebirdie was nominated for 6 Grammys and won every single one.  Plus, she gave a tear dropping performance.  I heart Adele!!!
