If it weren’t for old Navy, I’d be Naked

Last weekend, I blogged about the $8 dress Old Navy had on Sale.  Well I went there and bought one in every color.  You can’t go wrong with $8 summer dresses right?  Yea, that’s what I thought. 

 

I wasn’t the only lady waiting at the front doors for these cute dresses!!!!

So after buying the dresses, and a few other items, I went back home to rest.  I was at Old Navy when they opened the doors, so I was still a little tired.  Then Trina from Babyshopaloic called me to tell me that Old Navy North Point had an additional 40% of their clearance, and that she found a few items that she knew I would like.  So I got up and met her up there.  OMG!!!  I went up in there and bought 8 sweaters/tops, 2 dress, and a pair of pants for $31!!!

So what was my grand total?  Lets see!!

Misheeke Make-Up Launch Party

This past weekend, your truly was invited to the cosmetics launch party.  It was Misheeke cosmetics, fashion, and fun!!!  It was a very exciting event. 

 

Here I am wearing this super cute dress from Kmart!!  It’s the LYS Line which is a very Contemporary and stylish line.  CurvieBirdies, this is the reasonably priced line that we all can find something wonderful in!  I am wearing Boa Accessories, Sole Society shoes, and a borrowed handbag.

So back to the LYS dress.  I blogged about it before, but this was the first time I was able to wear it.  So comfortable and cute.  But you will never guess the price . . .

Something to Chirp About: Nordstrom’s Rack

 

About a week ago, I told you about the great new Nordstrom’s Rack store opening in Alpharetta, GA.  Well, I finally had a chance to check it out.  OMG, it’s like Christmas, 4th of July, and my birthday all in one place!!!  It’s so fun in there.  If you are in the Atlanta area, please go check out this store.  I promise you will fall in love just like I did!!

Meet this pretty young lady wrecking damage in the shoe department!!  She did this on her lunch break, so girlfriend knows how to get it in!!!  And her outfit is super cute!!!

I have checked out with my 3 dresses and a clutch purse for $69.87!! I know; I am a fierce shopper as well!!! Take a look . . . .

This floral dress was $19.99.  I love the colors in it, and it just makes me feel like a lady when I tried it on.  Love it!!!

 

This blue ruffle dress is super cute especially for $14.99.  It’s long and the ruffles are only at the top.

Ok, so this dress is my fav.  It’s a mix of pinks and blues.  It is very dressy.  It can be worn to church or to an dressy evening event.  The price?  It was $9.99 !!!!!!  Purchases like these makes my life worth living!!!

  

This faux leather purse was $19.99.  I thought it was really cute, and would look good under my arm.
