Something to Chirp About: Vision Boards

Happy Friday CurvieBirdies!  I wanted to talk to you today about something that I have done that is very personal and inspirational to me.  On New Years day, I was given the opportunity by Babyshopaholic to make a Vision Board.  At first, I thought this was kinda stupid, but after I thought about it I decided to do it.

I must tell you that this board is some awesome!!  I sat down and thought about it and decided that putting down my goals could be very inspirational.  I already told myself that I wanted to do better with making some healthier choices, but that is not all I wanted to work on.  I think that putting your goals in written/picture form makes it easier to keep them.

So some things that I added to my board was making healthier choices, found love and getting it to the next level, finding a great career, and building a stronger relationship with God.  I put this on the wall in my bedroom so that it is the last thing I see at night and the first thing I see in the morning.

2013 is a year of change for this CurvieBirdie, and I wanted to share with you my most inner personal thoughts and goals for this new year.  I have never done anything like this, nor have I ever made any new year resolutions.  So here is my vision for myself.  I truly hope you ladies and gents think about making one of these for yourself!

So what do ya'll CurvieBirdies think about making a vision board?  Do you think that you will make one?

  3. I love vision boards. I have one up in my bedroom so I can see it everyday and push forward to see them come true.
I also make a new every once in a while because the vision changes as we change.
