Something to Chirp About: Around the Town Blogger Style Competition

The weekend is over, but it was s super good one!  Not only did the Seahawks and their 12 year old quarterback win the Super Bowl(jk), but Plus Positivity had a blogger style competition at Ashley Stewards in Cumberland mall. 

If you haven't looked at their site yet, please do so!  This is a very positive and supportive organization focusing on the Plus Size community. 

 

Here are the bloggers standing with the beautiful and talented Nikki Gilbert.  At the event, the bloggers were given multiple style challenges to dress models. At each round one or more bloggers were eliminated until there was just one standing.

Hello CurvieBirdies.  I hope all is well for my fellow ATL-ians!  We had some serious weather for this region, but back to our regularly scheduled program . . .

This weekend Plus Positve will be having a Blogger Style Competion at Ashley Steward in the Cumberland Mall.  This event will be all the way live and I am so excited to see what my fellow bloggers come up with at this Battle of the Bloggers!!

Remember, I went to the Launch party this summer for Plus Positive, and I told ya'll this was a great organization.  I am so glad they are giving the curvie community a chance to showcase our talents.  So if you are in the ATL area and looking for something to do, please come out and meet me, the other bloggers, panelist, and Plus Positive reps.  I am sure it will be a blast, plus I know ya'll got cabin fever and need to get out!!!!!

Last weekend, I attended the Plus Positive Launch Party.This is an organization for the movement of Plus size women and men.

“The PLUS+ mission is to promote “PLUS Positivity™” by empowering plus size men and women globally, to impact their local communities. We focus specifically in the areas of personal & professional development, community service, fashion and entertainment.”
I am all about networking and meeting people that are active in the plus size community.  Please visit their website and see what this non-profit organization has to offer you!



LyfestyLZ Plus was in the building having an awesome sale!  Please check her out!  Super Cute Stuff!!!



Here is one of CurvieBirdie Favs Ms. Cassandra of Gems N Baubles.  As usual, she was super hot with that dress and "Brought It" when it came to the accessories honey!!!



And the reason I got preggers . . . Kushions lingerie!!  These corsets are so sexy!!  Sizes 1x to 4x, so there is something for all CurvieBirdies at this store!!
